 In English, the Present Simple Tense is used in the following situations:

1. In English, the present simple tense is used when the action is a true.

Example:

  1. We live in the school dormitory.
  2. I am a teacher.
  3. They work at the local high school.

2. In English, the present simple tense is used, when action happens on a regular basis.

  1. The teacher always gives us a lot of homework.
